‘Zest for Life' Awards has launched in Western Australia on 1 June 2008 and the competition closes on 30 June 2008.  Read on to find out how to get nominating and win the fantastic prizes up for grabs!!!

Zest Health Clubs has launched an exciting new initiative called the ‘Zest for Life' Awards, to recognise community members who radiate an extra special zest for life and make a difference within their local community.

 

From charity workers, sports coaches, care givers or simply spirited individuals - Zest Health Clubs is encouraging Western Australians from all walks of life to publicly acknowledge those who have made a difference within their community.

 

There are fantastic prizes up for grabs. The overall Western Australian winner and their nominator will win a 12 month membership at Zest Health Clubs, but more importantly Zest Health Clubs will be giving a cash donation of $5,000.00 to a community group or charity of the winner's choice!

 

To enter to win you will need to provide your full name, your closest Zest Health Club, phone number and home address, the person in which you wish to nominate and an explanation as to why you believe your nominee radiates a ‘Zest for Life' and how they have made a difference within the community, in 200 words or less.

Alternatively, your entry can be placed within a ‘Zest for Life' Awards promotional box which can be found at your closest Zest Health Club.

 

There are no limits as to how many nominations one can submit, however please note that all nominations must be approved by the nominee before submission and entries close at 5pm (AEST) Monday, 30 June 2008.
