BodyJam With the benefits of a 55 minute aerobic workout, BODYJAMTM makes you feel like a true dancer. Set to the latest music and hottest dance trends, each move is broken down to give you plenty of time to learn. RPM "Ride the calorie killer", RPM® is a studio cycling class that provides fast improvement in general endurance and an increase in lower body strength, burning up to 800 calories in one 45-minute session. You have fun and reduce body fat in this "rock concert on wheels".
Mega Medley A "Taster Plate" of some or all of the Les Mills programs. Run periodically throughout the year, this is a class where you get great total body workout while trying a little bit of each program! Suitable for all levels of fitness and experience, a great way to experience what the programs are like.
LAUNCH classes Come and join us for the party! Be the first to experience the NEW class as it is launched in the club for the first time!! Every three months all 7 programs get great new moves to the latest music; keeping the class interesting, fresh and maximising your workout!
Technique session Run periodically throughout the year these 15 - 30 minutes classes are great for beginners as well as those wanting to get more from their workout and improve their technique. These classes generally precede the regular timetabled class or that program.

FreeStyle
HILO combines high and low impact moves to achieve a great choreographed aerobic workout. Uses direction and interesting movement patterns. Suitable for intermediate to advanced levels.
Low Impact is a simple, low impact, easy to follow and fun workout. Suitable for all fitness levels, including those just getting started or for those who prefer a lighter paced workout.
X-Trainer a freestyle combo class that can include HILO, Step and Conditioning exercises. A challenging class for the regular participant.
Power Hour An intensive circuit style class that focuses on weight, cardio and boxing training using a variety of equipment.
Step Basic is an athletic class with the emphasis on technique, base moves and no complexity. Suitable for the beginner as well as the experienced step participant.
Step involves variations of stepping, combining movement patterns, strength and power. Ideal for the regular step participant and requires reasonable coordination.
Step Moves has complex step choreography. Suitable for the experienced stepper looking for a challenging choreographed workout.
Abb-Blaster Build core stability as you strengthen and tone your abs, back and lower body as well as improve overall posture. Classes focus on a wide variety of safe, effective strengthening exercises. May also include Pilates and yoga abdominal and core conditioning moves.
Sculpt a fat-burning, body shaping class to improve muscle strength, tone and shape. Optional use of equipment. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Gentle Fitness this gentle aerobic workout includes easy to follow movement, slower paced music, muscle conditioning, stretching and relaxation. Suitable for those preferring things a little slower.
Dance-Plus a dance style aerobics class using a combination of funk, Latin and groove moves. See your instructor to find out what is the dance flavour of the moment!
Endurance Walk These challenging outdoor walks are graded moderate to hard and are aimed at walkers who already have a moderate fitness level. Lasting approximately 2½ - 3 hours.
Combo Class - a combination class combining HILO moves and muscle conditioning with some surprises.
Step & Sculpt - 30 mins of basic step and 30mins of muscle conditioning.
Boot camp circuit - Army style circuit class using simple high
intensity moves, exercises and activities. A great cardio workout that
may include strength work. Pack your towel and be ready for the drill

Mind / Body
Pilates Matwork focuses on strengthening the back and abdominals as well as helping to improve spine function, posture, flexibility, balance and coordination.
Intermediate Pilates offers regular participants more challenges in strength, muscle coordination and isolation, flexibility and breathing. A strong focus on exercise progression of the essential movement series.
Chi-Ball promotes mind / body awareness by incorporating strength, flexibility and mobility exercises. A soft pliable ball is integrated into the class. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Mindful Motion promotes mind / body awareness by incorporating strength, flexibility, and mobility exercises. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Yoga Yoga involves a series of poses that focuses on relaxation, flexibility, muscle strength, stress release, body alignment and posture.
Yoga Beginners Yoga for those just starting out on the yoga journey or would like to focus on the essential poses.
Yoga Plus offers a more challenging yoga workout where postures are linked to form continuous movements and incorporating good breathing patterns. May incorporate different yoga styles and mind / body disciplines.

Cycle / Circuit

RPM-Extreme Add another 15 minutes to the "Calorie Killer" and confront your fitness threshold "front on" over this intense 60-minutes of cycling magic! A fantastic class for anyone ready to take the extra challenge!
Cycle It's a 45 minute workout on stationary bikes that increases endurance and works the lower body, focusing on toning the legs. Your instructor will start you with a warm-up and then take you on a specially designed ride that simulates both hilly and flat terrains. There's no impact, it relaxes the mind, and you don't need any special skills or fitness level.
Cycle Plus It's an intense 60+ minute workout that challenges your endurance and fitness levels. All the benefits of a regular cycle class PLUS extra hills and sprints to test your limits. Great for those training for longer outdoor cycling rides or who just can't get enough of cycle classes!
Circuit A 45 - 60 minute class that uses resistance equipment. A great aerobic and muscle conditioning workout. Check your club timetable for class length.
Gentle Circuit This class uses the same equipment and format as circuit but is designed for those preferring things a little slower.
Fitbox A fantastic circuit class that incorporates Boxercise's cardio and endurance elements using boxing principles.
Cycle Express - a 30 minute workout on a stationery bike which
increases your heart rate, helps endurance and length strength whilst
burning big calories. You will start with a warm up and then be taken
on a specially designed ride that simulates both hilly and flat
terrains. There is no impact and no special skills are required.

AquaFitness
Aqua Fitness A fun aerobic and strength workout in the pool using the buoyancy, resistance and therapeutic effects of water. Adaptable to all fitness levels.
Aqua Gentle An aqua class designed for the more mature participant or those preferring things a little slower. Emphasis is placed on joint mobility, aerobic conditioning and muscular endurance.
Aqua Plus A more challenging pool workout which may include the use of various equipment.
Aqua Mobility A pool class that focuses on using the therapeutic effects of water exercise to improve joint mobility. Suitable for any level.

Fifties Forward Using free weight equipment, a cross training group activity that promotes decreasing your fat free mass, abdominal strength, flexibility, improve balance, increase bone density, and strengthen muscles and co-ordination.
