FAQs

Here are the most frequently asked questions about a Zest membership:

Can I join over the phone or online?
Joining a fitness club is a big step for most people and we strongly believe that you should visit a club before making a commitment. That way, you know that you are getting what you want - no surprises! Our friendly and approachable membership consultants can help you decide which membership plan is best for you, so we suggest you phone them or visit a club near you. To find out how, simply go to 3 Easy Ways to Start.

What happens to my membership if I want to go on holiday?
We will happily freeze your membership for a minimum of 1 month and maximum of 3 months for a nominal administration charge. Your membership will then be extended by the duration of your freeze time. Please note no regular membership debits will occur whilst your membership is on freeze and the freeze period does not reduce the minimum term of your membership.

What type of memberships do Zest Health Clubs offer?
We have several flexible easy payment plans so that everyone has the opportunity to exercise and enjoy the benefits of fitness. Go to Membership Plans for more information.

How do I go about changing my personal details on my membership?
To change your personal details please contact membership services by calling 133 733. Alternatively you can complete a 'Change of Detail' form, available from reception at your club.

What do you do with the personal information you collect?

Please see our Privacy Policy .

If I want to cancel my membership what must I do?
To cancel your membership please contact membership services by calling 133 733. If you are on an easy membership (a membership that is billed fortnightly or monthly) and you are within the minimum term of your membership you will need to provide us with 30 days notice from the day you wish your membership to end. In this situation a cancellation fee will apply. If the minimum term on your membership has passed you will need to provide us with 30 days notice from the day you wish the membership to end, however no cancellation fee will apply.

If you are an advance member (12 months upfront payment) you do not need to take any action - your membership will automatically end on its expiry date.

If I want to introduce a friend to my club, are there any special deals?
Yes. We invite your friends to trial our facilities using the Zest guest pass. Ask at reception
