"Win the ultimate cool down" - Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter the competition forms part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Competition commences 1 September 2008 and concludes 31 October 2008. All entries must be received by the close of business 31 October 2008.
3. Participants must be 18 years or over, a member of Zest Health Clubs and an Australian resident. To enter the competition you must be a new member, refer a friend or renew your membership, complete the entry form and hand it to staff at Zest Health Clubs.
4. Employees of Zest Health Clubs, their immediate families and non-Australian residents are not eligible to enter.
5. To enter the competition you must join Zest Health Clubs, renew your Zest Health Clubs' membership or refer a friend during the competition period.
6. To enter the draw via the referral method, a name and a contact number of a non-member of Zest needs to be provided. An entry into the draw will be provided for each different person referred to during the promotion.
7. The winner will be advised in writing by Zest Health Clubs and will be published in The Australian newspaper on the second Saturday of the month.
8. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.
9. The prize is a SYM Orbit 50cc scooter plus 6 months on road costs and a helmet. The colour of the scooter may vary from the image on the campaign promotion.
10. Zest Health Clubs is not responsible for the delivery of the prize to the winners. Winners must take delivery of their prize by 30 November 2008.
11. All participants in the competition agree to be contacted by Zest Health Clubs.
12. Zest Health Clubs is not held liable to any participant in the competition for any loss, damage or injury, cost or expense a participant suffers, incurs or sustains and arising out of this competition.
