How can a Personal Trainer benefit me? 

Zest Personal Trainers and Instructors are highly qualified, extensively trained and amongst the best this country has to offer. Our trainers understand that every member is different and therefore delivers individualised programming and attention.

By training with a personal trainer,  you will have someone to help manage and motivate you, and also help fast-track your results in the minimum period of time required.

What qualifications do Zest's instructors and trainers have?  

All Zest group fitness instructors who teach the Les Mills classes are qualified through the internationally renowned and recognised Les Mills Training program. In addition, all our personal trainers and group fitness instructors are registered with Fitness Australia and hold current first aid and CPR certifications. Many of the intsructors and trainers also have tertiary qualifications in Human Movement, Sports Science or other specialised areas.

If I have a medical condition, do I need permission from my doctor?

This depends on the condition, but generally yes. Either from your doctor or we can refer you to Auscare (Qld only).

Why do I need to bring a towel?

For hygiene reasons we ask you to bring a towel to place on and wipe down all the equipment you use.

I'm not sure what to wear. Any suggestions?

As long as you are conformtable and have enclosed shoes, you can wear whatever you like. Generally people wear shorts and t-shirts/singlet tops or longer pants either stretchy or loose.
